The Christmas Promise Continues

After celebrating Christmas day, celebrating the end of a year and beginning of a new year overshadows what we just celebrated the past week, with the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So now that the fireworks are spent, and the party is over, now what? Well since it is the beginning of the year, let's go back to the beginning where it all started. (John1:1) In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. (John1:14) The word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. So brothers and sisters, in a few months, we will celebrate the most glorious day of the year, Easter, the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ after his death on the cross to release us from sin and enjoy eternal peace and happiness.
